About Us - From Mitch

When I started this company, I didn’t just want to build homes and complete projects — I wanted to build trust. I’ve always believed that honesty is the foundation of good work. When I walk into someone’s home, I want them to feel right away that I’m there to help, not to sell. My job is to listen, understand what matters most to you, and use my experience to help you make the decisions that fit your life best.

One thing I tell every client up front is this: when you hire a contractor, you’re not just hiring someone to do a job, you’re choosing who you’re going to work with for the next three weeks, or sometimes the next eight months. That means you’re choosing a relationship. We’re going to be on your property, in your home, around your family, and involved in decisions that matter to you. Because of that, I believe trust, communication, and mutual respect are just as important as the work itself.

Over the years, I’ve learned that every customer has one or two things that truly matter to them. Sometimes they’re practical, sometimes they’re personal. Maybe it’s taking my shoes off at the door. Maybe it’s making sure the dog doesn’t slip out. Maybe it’s a specific detail in the project that might not seem big to anyone else, but is important to you. Those things matter, and they matter to me.

I try to connect with people by sharing a bit of my own experience and understanding theirs. My goal is never to push my way of doing things, but to use what I know to help bring your vision to life.

This company is more than my livelihood, it’s my legacy. My motivation from day one has been to create something my kids can be proud of and eventually take farther than I ever could. Today, I’m fortunate to work alongside my sons, teaching them the skills, the values, and the mindset that have kept this business rooted in honesty and good old-fashioned hard work. I want them to carry this forward into the next generation. To grow it, improve it, and keep serving people the right way.

If you choose us for your project, you’re not just getting a contractor. You’re getting a family that cares about the work, cares about your home, and wants you to feel confident from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

(Always tell clients that you are picking someone to work with for the next 3 weeks to 8 months, its choosing a relationship)

Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about us.
